SplashOne was founded by Jeff Wright, a seasoned executive and military leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning national defense, technology, and innovation. A former U.S. Department of Defense leader specializing in Special Operations, fires, and emerging technologies, Jeff combines operational expertise with advanced technical knowledge to lead the company's development of autonomous fighter drone systems for contested airspace.

Jeff Wright is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SplashOne. He has more than 25 years of experience in national defense, technology, and innovation, with a career focused on Special Operations and emerging military technologies. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel.
